This is a very delicious Au Jus Gravy recipe!!!

  1. Set the heat to Low.
  2. Add the butter on a skillet with the steak drippings and stir.
  3. Add the Cornstarch and keep stirring until it is completely dissolved.
  4. Add the water and stir for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the Beef Bouillon cubes andstir until dissolved.
  6. Add the Mushroom, Basil and Thyme.
  7. Add Salt and Pepper to taste.
