- 5 cups sliced peeled apples
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1⁄2 cup oats
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1⁄4 cup margarine
directions
- Place fruit in 8 in round baking dish, stir in sugar.
- For topping, combine oats, brown sugar flour and cinnamon.
- Cut in margarine til mix resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle over apples.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
- Serve warm with ice cream.
