  1. I love steak and was looking for something different to make using some rib eyes I had bought. This recipe looked amazing and I just had to try it. I am so glad I did. It was a real hit at my dinner party last evening and my DH said we can have it again anytime. Went over well with the company too! Alexa

  2. Very good treatment for rib eye, which is not my favorite cut due to excessive fat. Also I couldn't resist adding step 5 1/2 by throwing 3 minced shallots in the pan and cooking until soft and then adding the garlic. Marsala makes a great sauce, and this one works well. (I can't imagine using grape juice....)

  3. Such a simple prep for an outstanding meal. It was easy enough for a weeknight, but elegant and flavorful enough to satisfy even the most discriminating guests. I did omit the rosemary, as I didn't have any on hand, but otherwise followed the recipe exactly. Excellent. Thanks for posting.

  4. Excellent recipe but I topped off with chives as well. Best marsala recipe I've tried so far. Will definitely make it again.

  5. When I made this dish, my DH and I liked it, but my boys wouldn't eat it. I didn't have marsala wine on hand, so I substituted white grape juice (with two boys in the house I don't make it a habbit of keeping alcohol around). It is a dish I will make again.
