This is very healthy and filling and I'm hoping it gives me the energy to get through my workout this morning! It was super easy to make and cooked beautifully. That said, it had a bit of a grainy texture and is probably something I'll eat more because it is good for me then because it is delicious. I can handle that, though! Thanks for posting.

  1. Place the All Bran, egg, cinnamon and Splenda in a blender.
  2. Mix all ingredients and pour into skillet with some Pam until the edges get golden.
  3. Spray some more Pam and flip. Enjoy!
