This recipe came from a book called "The Abs Diet"
- 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 2 tablespoons low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 3⁄4 cup quick-cooking oatmeal, microwaved in water
- 2 teaspoons peanut butter
- 2 teaspoons chocolate whey protein powder
- 6 ice cubes, crushed
- Put in smoothie machine and blend.
weird, but great taste !!!!!
This is yummy! Be sure to blend enough to make the oatmeal totally disintegrate!
