hi! I am brand new to the site,so,thank for allowing me to be a member!! A very perplexing situation...a few years ago I got a set of silicon baking (cups?),.I made brownie bowls w/them. Wonderful, filled w/ice cream! Problem...we recently moved, directions, lost on way. Is anyone familiar with these individual plans? Your directed to use a regular box brownie mix,or your own. thank for any help, also, letting me use your time! Appreciate it! debbi

Made these- they were so gooooood! Took a tip from one of the comments and added an egg in the 2nd set of ingredients, and then added pecans after they were well combined. My oven runs a bit hot, so 20 mins on 350F, rotating the pan at 10 mins. They don't look like they rose in the pic, but they totes did!

Amazing recipe. I recently have been substituting the vanilla with Jack Daniels honey. By the way, do yourself a favor everyone. Do not skimp on the brand of cream cheese. Stick with Philadelphia/Philly cream cheese. The taste is phenomenal with the brand. I’ve tried other brands of CC and no way do they compare. Also I have made 2 batches of the cream cheese part since the batter fills up 2 muffin tins. This way there is plenty of cream cheese and no wasting batter.

I have 4 grown children and am pretty much retired from a business I started 33 years ago and my children now run.
I have always loved to cook and try new recipes and 8 years ago I printed a cookbook. It was a big success in a Cancer Yard Sale
as I donated it and almost sold out of my remaining books.....therefore it pushed me into having another updated version. printed for our 2nd sale in June.
