  • Saute onion and celery; when soft add cream of shrimp soup; stir until smooth.
  • Add sour cream; stir.
  • Add curry powder and paprika.
  • Add shrimp; simmer until shrimp are cooked.
  • Serve over cooked rice.
  • Garnish with chopped hard boiled eggs and peanuts.
