Reviews

  1. This was very, very tasty. Only change I made was to add a can of cream of mushroom soup to give us a little more sauce to cover the egg noodles. The dry sherry was masterful addition for us.

  3. What a great crockpot dish, Adria82. It was very easy to make, and it was quite good and filling. I'm always on the look out for new crockpot meals to make on busy nights, and this one will definitely be made again. Made for Spring 2014 Pick-A-Chef.

Tweaks

  1. I was using elk hamburger so there was no need to brown the meat since it has no fat. I let it cook quite a while before stirring it, so that the hamburger would cook together into bigger chunks. Subbed white wine for the sherry since that was what I had.
