Love the crust on this one. I actually changed it up a bit. I cut out most of the sugar in the cream cheese mix and added fat free cool whip. Also used half regular cream cheese & half pinapple cream cheese, so it was pretty sweet. DH loved it. Keeping this. I sent pictures to our grown kids. Hahahaha. Killed em' to see what they're missing. Lol.

Wow, so good! Loved the crust since it doesn't compete for sweetness with the fruit (strawberries and bananas). Sampled it, and it didn't even need a glaze! On the cream cheese layer I used powdered sugar instead and a small amount of lemon extract for the vanilla. The lemon is very strong so I didn't need much! I really loved this. Thanks for posting!

I love to knit, smock, sew, etc., but my favorite hobby of the moment is traditional rug hooking. This is a sample of what I do.? It's called "November".? I dyed most of the wool myself. It is made from wool flannel, cut into strips a little less than 1/4" and then worked into a linen backing. This is my 3rd rug.
