I love spicy and I love tuna salad, so how I could wrong with this? A robust taste of flavors that only develop deeper the longer it is allowed to maturate in the fridge. I reduced the serving size to .5 on the change servings option above the ingredient list. Even with this change the mayonnaise was still a bit much, and it tended to make the salad bit more mayonnaisey, but other then that, I see the reduction of mayonnaise to 1 tablespoon or even less would behold a perfect tuna salad. This is not for the weak of heart, as it is spicy, but since I love all things spicy and I really truly thought this was balanced very well. Thanks for posting this, abe ray, it was good indeed!
