These are really good. I tell people about them and they say 'eww' but they haven't tried them. I like the variation of adding thinly sliced onion to the peanut butter and pickle sandwich. I toast the bread, butter it, then put on the peanut butter, the pickle and the sliced onion. Also, peanut butter and sweet pickle relish sandwiches with a couple drops of Sri Racha Asian Hot sauce I find to be good.

I am a full time Dental Assistant and love the office I work in! 5 ladies (including the Dentist) and we all get along soooo well! I also do custom framing part time. (Artwork, not houses!!) It allows me my creative outlet! I also get up very early in the morning to go to the gym before I start work. My days are long and crazy sometimes! Trying to pack enough food for the day is sometimes a challange!

I have a BF of almost 8 years who I do not live with. We are both very serious about our bodies and our health. Making healthy, low fat meals are a must. I do,however, get urges to make the odd evil dessert, generally of the chocolate nature!
