Wyler's Easy Chicken Tortilla Soup

ingredients

• 1 cup uncooked instant rice
• 2 cups water
• 2 chicken bouillon cubes
• 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes with mild green chilies
• 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
• 1 cup cubed cooked chicken
• 1 cup whole kernel corn

directions

1. In large pot, combine all ingredients except toppings.
2. Bring to a boil; reduce heat.
3. Simmer 15 minutes.
4. If desired, serve with toppings such as sour cream, shredded cheese and/or tortilla chips.
