- Cut potatoes into wedges.
- Dip in melted butter.
- roll in Italian seasoning.
- Place on baking tray.
- Bake in oven for 45 mins to an hour.

We did like them! but there were no directions for amounts of herbs or the temps for the oven. I used Olive oil infused with garlic instead of butter and just kept adding the herbs until it looked right. I used my combination micro, and put it on 190 c and low microwave for 20 minutes i will use this recpe again - thanks for posting
