  • In large skillet, brown chops in oil on one side, about two minutes.
  • Turn chops; add salsa and chilies.
  • Lower heat, cover and simmer 8 to 10 minutes.

    This was very tasty and spicy. I didn't have chunky salsa so used green salsa. Going in the keeper file. Thanks for another easy recipe!

    What a quick way to prepare a recipe and get it on the table in no time flat. I took the liberty of adding some Mexican Cheese blend cheese on top and covering with a cover for a few minutes, to give the cheese enough time to melt and Oh Baby! was it ever good. My DD's downed theirs in about 2 seconds! We already added this to our "Make Again" recipe file!

    Flemishminx, This has to be one of the most simple recipes I've ever made. And for the amount of effort I put into this - I got an entire entree out of it. And one that was full of favor! Can't understand why this had only 1 review before mine. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants a delish meal full of flavor with out any efort.

    I was looking for something quick & simple and this was perfect. I cut the recipe back to one large chop, no problem, I used 1/2 cup of salsa. I had a cup of kernal corn in the fridge so took the liberty of adding it to the salsa - excellent flavor. — posted Dec 21, 2003, Added Comments 20 Aug 04 made this again it is just so tasty and easy - I used fresh jalapenos (2) as my garden is overflowing with them.
