DIRECTIONS

  • In a small saucepan blend apple juice and brown sugar.
  • Stir in steak sauce,lemon juice,cornstarch and lemon peel.
  • Heat to a boil,stirring constantly.
  • Boil 1 minute,remove from heat and cool slightly.
  • Use as a basting sauce for chicken,pork or ham.
