ingredients

1 (4 ounce) package buttermilk pancake mix (I used hungry jack easy packs)
4 tablespoons creamed corn
1 ¹⁄₂ tablespoons cornmeal
1 ¹⁄₂ tablespoons sugar
1 egg
¹⁄₂ teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon honey
¹⁄₂ cup water

directions

Mix all ingredients with a wire wisk. Cook on medium high heat just like a regular pancake. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
