Sweet and Savory Ham Steak

"Quick and easy. I found this sauce recipe years ago and added my own touches."

• Ingredients: 9
• Serves: 4-6

ingredients

• 1 ham steak
• 1⁄2 cup onion, chopped
• 3⁄4 cup ketchup
• 1⁄3 apple cider vinegar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
• 1⁄3 cup dark brown sugar, packed
• salt

directions

1. Combimed ingredients in small sauce pan. Simmer for 15-20 mintues.
2. Preheat oven to 350.
3. Cut ham steak into 4th or 6th and place in baking dish. Cover with foil.
4. Bake for 25-35 mintue or untill bubbly.
