ingredients
- 3 cups Bisquick
- 8 ounces Cheese Whiz or 10 ounces grated cheese
- 1 lb ground hot sausage
directions
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Bake at 350 til golden brown, about 25-30 minutes.

I have been making these kind of sausage balls for years. I find that the best ratio is 2C baking mix, 1 package shredded cheese, 1 lb sausage.

I live in a small town south of the Fort Worth area, and work at a metroplex hospital. I love to do anything that has family involved, it really matters not what it may be as long as we are together. I have been married to my husband for the last 6 years and have 3 little girls 13,11, & 10. I also have a 16 year old step daughter and a 14 year old stepson that is great. I have a wonderful family they all get along so good you would be amazed!
