  1. This recipe needs to add double the sun-dried tomatoes, because it lacks a tinge of sweetness to offset the acidity of the vinegar.

  2. I added a BUNCH of sun dried tomatoes, a little stevia (for sweetness) and a couple shakes of Italian Seasoning. Great stuff! I think this would be good atop some blanched asparagus! Thanks for posting. I served this over romaine with mushrooms and shaved asiago. . .the asiago was a PERFECT pairing to this dressing!!! Made as a recipenap for Veg*n Swap December 2009.

  3. We enjoyed this dressing very much. I couldn't help but add some fresh basil to the mix. Thank you Rita for sharing the recipe.

  4. This is full of flavour... first you taste the garlic, then the tomatoes and then the balsamic.. but in such quick succession that it's hard to tell which bit you like best. I'm not a total fan of sundried tomatoes,(well in very small doses) but DH is, so he appreciated this dressing very much. Please see my rating system.. a wonderful 5 stars :) Thanks !!!

  5. Flavorful almost sweet dressing that packs a lot of flavor even on the simplest salad. I used Rita's Roasted Garlic Spread Recipe #92370. Yummy! Thanks for the recipe!
