    ounces fresh snap peas, sliced on a angle

    teaspoon soy sauce, to taste

DIRECTIONS

  • Coat bottom of hot pan with oil adding everything in order listed.
  • Stir frying over high heat.
  • Stirring each ingredient before adding the next ingredient.
  • Cook till tender crisp!
