  • Cook bacon, crumble and set aside.
  • Brown beef and onion, drain.
  • In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except 2 tbsp of bacon.
  • Place in casserole dish, top with bacon and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Tweaks

  1. I did tweak it. Used one full pound of bacon. Saved some for the top. Also added some BBQ Sauce, about a half cup.
