DIRECTIONS

  • Prepare lemon vinaigrette by mixing olive oil, lemon juice, Mrs. Dash® Lemon Pepper, red pepper flakes (if using), chives, lemon zest and mustard together.
  • Mix scallops, shrimp, rice and celery together.
  • Add lemon vinaigrette to moisten.
