Roquefort Dressing

ingredients

• 1 cup sour cream
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1⁄2 cup Roquefort cheese, crumbled
• salt & pepper
• 1⁄2 teaspoon onion salt

directions

1. Stir sour cream with mayonnaise, lemon juice and Roquefort cheese.
2. Add onion salt, then salt and pepper to taste
3. Chill well overnight.
