DIRECTIONS

  • Put oil in skillet. Add cabbage, red wine vinegar, sugar, mustard seeds, salt and pepper, garlic and water and allow to simmer until cabbage wilts.
  • Add honey and cider vinegar. Cook until syrupy.
  • Serve over brats.
