ingredients
- 1 (20 ounce) package frozen vegetables (peas, broccoli, carrots or whatever)
- 1⁄2 cup powdered coffee creamer
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1⁄3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 dash pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granule
- 1 cup hot water
directions
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Sprinkle over veggies.
- Add hot water.
- Stir well and cook for 8 minutes on Full Power.
- Stir halfway through.

I used this recipe to clean out the vegetable bin. I had small amounts of broccoli, cauliflower, fresh green beans and baby carrots. I cut the carrots in thirds, so they would get tender. I added 1t minced garlic. This was a really good side dish! Gave the veggies some life! Loved the Parmesan flavor.
