Power Flapjacks

This energy bar recipe was found on rockrun website. The ingredients are in metric so I've had a bit of trouble converting. The first time I made them they were GREAT!! The second time I made them, they burned terribly!! I'm hoping the measurement conversion here will help remedy any errors.

  • Line a 20cm square tin. Put butter, sugar, peanut butter and honey into a large pan on a very low heat till melted. Stir in oats, dried fruit, nuts and seeds. Put in tin. Sprinkle a few nuts on top. Bake at 160 degrees Celsius for approx 30 minutes. Let cool. Cut into squares.
