These were some of the best pork chops I've cooked in a long time. The flavor was outstanding. The only complaint I have is that no cooking temperature was listed. I baked the chops at 350 degrees and they were done after about 30 minutes. If I had left them in the oven for approximately the hour listed, they would have been a disaster. I served the pork chops with mashed potatoes and a cucumber salad. The mushroom sauce was delicious with the mashed potatoes.

The flavors in this dish were very good and the meat was so tender no knives were needed. The side dishes were mashed potatoes, fried okra, and black eyed peas along with cresent rolls. I followed this recipe exactly and found it to be quite salty. The next time I prepare this I will eliminate the addition of salt all together as I believe the mushroom soup and the pork have plenty. It was good though. Thanks for sharing it, Barb! ...txgammi
