Pig Pickin' Cake

"Found this recipe awhile ago. When I went to the site where I found it, it was no longer there. None of the other recipes were quite the same. I made this as a Sheet Cake covered in the Pineapple Topping. The Cake turned out wonderfully ! A few days later it tasted even better !"

Questions & Replies

  1. Pineapple is not included in the list of ingredients. How much and what form of pineapple should be used?
  2. I tried to add Crushed Pineapple to recipe ingredients… but although I can find my recipe, I could not get the correction to go through. A 16 to 18 ounce can of crushed pineapple. I used the round cut pineapple, because I could not find crushed at my grocery & crushed them.Someone suggested a small can of Crushed Pineapple. It would be a matter of taste. I have used the small snack cups for the Mandarin Oranges and the Pineapple Tibets using juice from both in the topping.
