- 24 eggs, hard boiled, peeled
- 1⁄2 gallon white vinegar
- 2 onions, large, sliced
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon pickling spices
directions
- Mix hard boiled eggs, vinegar, onions, sugar, kosher salt, and pickling spices together.
- Refrigerate for 10 days before use.
