The Queen of southern pies! You can use sugar free liquid flavoring if sugar is an issue for you. This recipe came to me from my girl pal, Becky.

ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup corn syrup (light)
- 1⁄2 cup butter (melted)
- 2 cups pecans (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
directions
- Mix in order the above ingredients.
- Pour into two 9” unbaked pies shells.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
- Then bake at 300 degrees for 50 minutes.
