Peanut Butter Rice Crispy Treats

This is an easy wonderfully tastey treat that is great for all occasions. This is my mother in law's recipe, that my sweet husband had as a child, and my children ask for also. I have also molded these in to little brains on Halloween.

As with recipe and marshmellows, grab your large servings spoons from the drawer...run the hot water faucet and swipe water and shake, press on bar. But a few times and your bar is packed and when cool...cut and eat. We made for brownies/scouts over camp fire. Not that hard when kids can do them.2Reply

This was truly awesome. Everyone loved it. The only things I did differently were to pat into a 9X13 cake pan instead of a cookie sheet and I topped it with melted milk chocolate chips. YUMMY!! I plan to try it in mini muffin pans with a dollop of milk chocolate on each one next time. This is going to become a staple in my repertoire!2Replies 2
