This was very good, even my stepson and his friends enjoyed it. The only changes I made were that I coursly chopped the peaches instead of just slicing them and I also made a crumb topping to add on top. I'd like to try this with apples next time.

I thought this was a good cake. I made it with wheat flour and used extra peaches. Maybe next time even use a touch more almond extract.

Made for Fall PAC 2007. Took this to a ladies retreat. Everyone who tried it, loved it - and so did I. Very easy and great tasting. Thanks Katie.

I was in a baking mood today so I whipped up this little beauty! Exceptional taste and very easy to throw together. I made this along with an apple steussel. When it came time for dessert, I asked hubby what he wanted, and he immediately said the peach cake. He wolfed his piece down before I barely took a bite! Looks like I'll be making this one again soon! Thanks so much for a lovely peach dessert that will be a staple in my dessert file!

Served this for 4th of July where it was a hit and the leftovers made a great breakfast treat. Used 1/2 sugar and 1/2 Splenda. Yummy!
