Oven Roasted Potatoes

"A mix of sweet and white potatoes."

• Serves: 8

ingredients

• 2 sweet potatoes
• 4 medium russet potatoes
• 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 dash ground black pepper

directions

1. Heat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Peel and cube sweet potatoes.
3. Cube russet potatoes.
4. In large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients.
5. Spread potatoes on a large baking sheet.
6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
