I followed the recipe exactly, using a hand sliced portabello mushroom. I could have sliced it thinner if I used the food processor slicer blade, but I was being lazy. I turned out fabulous and I served the mushrooms topped on some pasta.

I made this using crimini's (Baby Bella's) and a heart healthy margarine with a little added garlic powder. Simply delicious along side grilled fish.

I really liked the flavors...but the DH didn't care for it...this is so quick to prepare...I think it would be perfect on a burger or even in a french dip...I served it as a side dish with a chicken Cordon Bleu...and a delicious scalloped potato...made for FYC tag game...

Portobello mushrooms go over well at our house, so we really loved this, and the parmesan gives it that extra something. It made a great side dish for tonight's dinner. I bet it would work equally well doing it on the BBQ also.

I am a very lucky lady. I recently moved to a very small town in New Brunswick, Canada with my wonderful husband who is my best friend.
Very fortunate to have a cherished son, wonderful daughter in law and adorable granddaughter and cute wee grandson. We are very blessed.
