DIRECTIONS

  • Cut the chilli in half and discard the seeds, chop the chilli flesh and combine in a small bowl with the coriander. Add the lime juice, garlic, salt and olive oil and mix well together. Spoon onto each of the oysters with a little caviar.
  • Serve with the lime wedges.
