YUM-O! This IS a great after school snack, even for teachers like me. :) I used a (burrito size) Jalapeno-Cheddar tortilla, leftover scrambled eggs, 4 slices of deli-style ham and a little more cheese than called for. This made a wonderful lunch after watching 3 1/2 hours of my nephew's baseball game. Thanks for sharing, tweetyfan! **Made for Spring PAC 2008**
