I have a hubby who is very picky about his meatloaf. I have tried 4 other recipes before this one and it was a fail every time! I made this one tonight for dinner and my husband LOVED it. I’m not a huge fan of meatloaf but I really liked this recipe. I followed the recipe exactly as written and it turned out great.

I love meatloaf. I often find myself looking for different meatloaf recipes. I have to say this one is a keeper! It was delicious!! Although I did add some green pepper, but kept the rest of the recipe just the way it was. My husband is not a meatloaf person, so I shared some with my neighbor!
