McTurkey Burger

"I love me some hamburgers, however to keep it special, I generally don't buy ground beef very often so when I munch a burger, I'm usually out at a restaurant. This is part of my never ending search to make tasty homemade turkey burgers and why not try to emulate America's best known burger. So here we go! I expect to tweak this from time to time so please any feedback will be considered. (I tweaked my Popeye's fried chicken recipe when former employees started sharing their insights with me) T'sall good, happy eating ;-)"
