Mango and Tofu Cream
Great for babies who don't tolerate dairy or who are vegan. Keeps in the fridge for 2-3 days.
- Ready In:
- Remove skin and seed from mango.
- Combine the tofu and mango flesh in the blender until smooth and creamy.

Easy, healthy and passed the taste test with my 17 month old. For variety you could try other fruit combinations. Banana/ strawberry might be nice... Personally I found the taste a bit blah and I wasn't crazy about the texture which was somewhat grainy. I made it a second time and added a banana to make it more palatable to my adult taste buds. This smoothed it out a bit and gave it a creamier texture...From me it would only rate 3 stars but definately gets 5 stars from my toddler!
