  • Heat oil in skillet on medium to medium high heat.
  • Season chops with salt and pepper both sides. (you may need more salt/pepper depends on your preference.).
  • cook pork chops 6-8 minutes and then flip.
  • cover skillet and fry until cooked thoroughly about 5 minutes. Place on serving dish.
