- 1⁄4 cup coconut flour
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla

directions
- whisk all ingredients together in bowl. heat skillet on med heat, spray pan with cooking spray or veg oil. make pancakes to desired size. 16 pancakes = .6 net carbs each pancake, whole recipe is 10 carbs.
