  • Put water in blender.
  • Measure in all except cheese.
  • Blend til foamy.
  • Pour into heavy saucepan, at high heat, stirring constantly.
  • It should thicken in a few minutes.
  • Remove and add cheese.
  • Stir til cheese melts.
  • Add more flour for a thicker sauce.
