Liverwurst Lover's Canapes
- Ready In:
- 8 ounces liverwurst
- 1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 dash hot sauce
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- Burgundy wine, as needed
- 48 rye wafers
- Combine liverwurst, pepper, hot sauce and onion.
- Mix in wine until mixture is the consistency of a spread.
- Spread on rye wafers.
