Bread
- 3 1⁄2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 1 1⁄2 cups brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 2⁄3 cup water
- 2 cups canned pumpkin

Topping
- 1⁄2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
- 1⁄2 cup ground pecans
directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2. Spray 2 loaf pans with Pam.
- 3. Combine all bread ingredients in bowl.
- 4. In a seperate bowl, combine streusel topping ingredients.
- 5. Pour batter into pans.
- 6. Spread streusel topping over batter
- 7. Bake for 1 hour.

This bread is delicious! Very moist and just the perfect pumpkin flavor. I did not do the streusel because I don't like nuts in my breads, and without the nuts the streusel was kind of liquid. I ended up swirling it into the bread so there was extra ribbon of cinnamon sugar in the middle. So good, my husband loved it!
