My mom found this recipe in a magazine many years ago and it was passed on to me when I got married. This is one of my families most favorite meals. I usually don't have olives but the taste is still great. I have also used Jiffy corn muffin mix for the crust. It is a sweeter crust than I prefer, but makes this recipe a quick fix dinner. Fat-free refried beans help cut down on calories and does not affect the taste. I also use turkey burger instead of ground beef.
