  • Wash the bok choy and chop it, discarding the stems.
  • Mix the cream cheese, soy sauce, & water chestnuts together then spread in a 9 inch circle on a 12 inch serving plate.
  • Layer the bok choy, bean sprouts & onions over the cream cheese. Then place the rice crackers or vegetables along the edge of the plate.

  1. I loved the idea of this & will definitely play with it again. I thought the cream cheese needed a bit more "Asian" flavor; maybe add ginger or chili paste? I did like the crunchiness of the water chesnuts. I thinly sliced the veggies on a mandolin & really should have followed the instructions & chopped them for easier dipping. Served with carrot sticks, celery sticks, & rice crackers. Thank you for sharing the recipe! Made for ZWT6 ~ Asia.
