I originally made this for a super bowl party, and it's been a big hit every since! I took it to work for an office party, and people still ask me to make it or ask me for the recipe. I like to make it with fat-free cream cheese and fat-free refried beans to make it a little healthier, but it still tastes awesome! Thank you so much for this gem.

I gave this recipe 4 stars. I made this recipe for Spring 2009 PAC. My family really liked this recipe. My picky newphews really liked this dip. I thought the salsa was a bit much for my licking and I'm not crazy over the cheese on top so I'd reorder the assembly. Overall I'll make this again for sure. Thanks for posting! I've recently been working in the dark room developing black and whites and I have grown to truly appreciate the process and the art involved in it.
