  1. This marinade is amazing. I put my pork loin into it for 18 hours, then put the loin and extra marinade in the crock pot with a cup of chicken broth for 18 hours. I cannot STAND pork, and even I at some of this amazing roast. Almost like a honey ham, only much tastier. My husband and three little kids devoured my entire three pound roast for dinner...The kids even turned down cheesy pasta for it. Once again, greatest pork marinade EVER! Thank you sooooo much!

  2. Excellent marinade - I was initially concerned about the amount of coriander, but once I tasted the grilled meat I was pleasantly surprised - nice flavor - will definitely make this again.

  3. Really great marinade! I trimmed and stabbed my pork loin so it could absorb more flavor, then let it sit for a little more than a day in the fridge, turning once. Let this cook in the Crock Pot with the marinade and just enough chicken broth to come about 2/3 up the meat for about 10 hrs on low. It could have cooked a little less, as it was falling apart, but the flavor was divine. Shredded the meat on the plates and drizzled with some of the juices from the crock. Even my picky kids and pickier husband ate this and asked for more. Thanks for sharing!

  4. Wonderful marinade. The smell when the roast was cooking was heavenly. I marinated my 3 lb. pork loin for 30 hrs., cooked for 1h 15 min. at 350 F and it was absolutely wonderful, tender and tasty. Thanks for posting your marinade. Will make again for sure.

  5. This was quite tasty. The sweetness was a little suprising, but then I liked it.
