Kalbe Beef Marinade

"Wonderful Korean style marinade originally intended for short ribs but I usually use this on flank steak. It's also great on chicken and pork chops."

  1. Very good. Be sure to use the low sodium soy sauce.

  2. This is so quick and easy to put together for a marinade. I only had 3/4 lb flank steak for the two of us, so I cut the recipe in half, except I kept the garlic to two teaspoons. This was so flavorful, I think the sesame oil really makes the difference in this marinade. Thanks Croft Girl for a quick, easy and flavorful marinade recipe. Made for PAC fall 2007.

I'm a mother of one and a web developer by trade and I love to bake and cook whenever I can squeeze out a few hours of free time. I'm lucky to have a husband who's a real "meat and potatoes" man and is easy to please (plus he cooks too) and a son with an insatiable sweet tooth. At our house, traditional comfort food is common during the colder months with grilling our main choice in summer. Sprinkled throughout is a passion for East Asian and Italian dishes, depending on the mood. <img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/Adopted1smp.jpg" border="0" alt="Photo Sharing and Video Hosting at Photobucket">
