- Drain lobster. Reserve liquor, and flake meat. Melt butter. Add onion, celery and green pepper, and cook 2 minutes over low heat. Add water, cover and cook 5 minutes. Add lobster liquor and flaked lobster. Heat thoroughly and add scalded milk.
- Season to taste with salt and paprika. add minced parsley. Serve with hot crackers.
